A proud resident and dedicated public servant to the beautiful borough of Red Bank, Dr. Maratta has been living and practicing chiropractic medicine here since 1977. A graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Glendale, California, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1977. Prior to that he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Jersey City State College. He is licensed by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners as a practicing Chiropractic Physician, and is also a Diplomat of the National Board of Examiners.

A recipient of the New Jersey Chiropractic Society’s Distinguished Service Award, Dr. Maratta’s professional associations also include the American Chiropractic Association, and the Academy for the General Practice of Chiropractic, a continuing education association. He is also an authorized Workman’s Compensation physician for New Jersey Manufacturer’s Insurance Company, and an independent Chiropractic Examiner with over 25 years of experience working with insurance providers such as Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and QualCare.

His community service to Red Bank also includes the coordination of the NJ state mandated yearly scoliosis screening program for Red Bank Regional Public High School since 1978, where he has supervised and/or performed approximately 30,000 examinations.
